Stelio Calagias and Eileen Birks co-founded and have operated Metro Movement Studios for over 20 years, achieving outstanding international recognition.

Our studio has an impressive reputation for training both the professional dancer and aspiring performer, as well as recreational adults.

Metro Movement is a Drop-In Dance Studio with no registration required. Single classes are recommended for those who take occasional classes. Class cards are also available at various amounts for those who attend on a regular basis. Students must be a least 14 years of age to participate. Metro Movement is a privately owned studio, and we reserve the right to refuse anyone admittance in class if deemed inappropriate for either the class, the individual, or the school. Students must attend classes that are appropriate to their own level of ability.
