Stelio Calagias and Eileen Birks co-founded Metro Movement and bring years of teaching and performing experience to this inspiring and creative center for dance. For over 20 years this team has achieved outstanding and national recognition in the exciting world of professional dance.

Our studio has has an impressive reputation for training both the professional dancer and aspiring performer, as well as recreational adults.

Metro Movement is a Drop-In Dance Studio with no registration required. Single classes are recommended for those who take occasional classes. Class cards are also available at various amounts for those who attend on a regular basis.
